Mhanny Yaoud was born in Dakhla oasis (Egypt) 1985, lives and works in Cairo and Minia. He is a visual artist and Painting lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Minia University. He holds a master’s degree in painting from Minia University 2015. He holds PHD in philosophy of fine arts (painting brunch) with title “Surfaces with irregular shapes and textures as a creative motive in contemporary painting” 2020. He won CIB bank Collectibles Prize, Cairo Youth Saloon, 2011 and The Oriental Weavers prize in Cairo Youth Saloon in 2008- Dai painting prize at Dai festival for Arab Youth, Dai art gallery 2018. He has participated in many international art exhibitions, workshops and festivals since 2008 in Egypt, France, Italy, Romania, Austria, Tunisia, Canada, USA and Morocco, such as Egypt international art fair 2020, 2021, 2022 – Cairo art fair at TAM gallery 2016,2017,2018,2019 - Living units international touring exhibition Cairo, Vienna , Bucharest and Morocco 2016-2019 - A new legacy contemporary art of Egypt at Falls Church Arts gallery, Virginia state , USA, July , 2019 - Times of art at Picasso art gallery 2018 - the 4th International Borullus Art Festival for painting on walls and boats 2017 - a solo exhibition at Azad art gallery named Chroma 2020- and one at Art smart Gallery in Cairo entitled Intersecting Identities in 2017 - Humans and Identity exhibitions at Made In Art Gallery in Italy 2016 - Generations exhibition in Picasso Gallery in Cairo in 2012 - Printemps du Nil exhibition in Paris, 2011.
