Birth Place & Date : El- Mansora 1940.

-graduated from the faculty of Fine Arts in Cairo  painting dept. 1963.

-Worked as a painter and a journalist at El-Mansoura newspaper ( 1961- 1964 ), and prepared in it number of drawings which are taken directly from the realistic rural life in Dakahlia.

-A painter and a journalist in Rosa Al- Yousef association ( 1964 - 1984 ).

-Painter in El-Ahram ESTABLISHMENT : 1964 - 1974.

-A journalist & a painter in the (Cultural Week )newspaper

( West  of Tripoli : 1974 - 1977 ).

-A manager for the administration of the art affairs and the circulation in Arab League ( 1984 - 2000 ).  

-A designer of prints & covers , and art manager for a number of Arab & Egyptian publishing houses .

-Participated in number of national , Arab , and International exhibitions , and four private exhibitions:

-« Under Siege»Egypt - 2002.

- « Dreams & nightmares» Kuwait - 2004 .

-« A painter reads Quran» - Iran - 2005 .

-« Usual dreams» Egypt 2005.

Participated in a number of books which he identifies its topics himself,and shares by drawing ,the topics are usually about cultural, social, and human issues.

Membership :

-A member in the syndicate of Journalists ,and the forming artists ; and the Egyptian geographical association.

-He draws currently for the Egyptian newspaper «Viewpoints», and « El Arabi « Kuwait . He worked also in The Egyptian magazine « Nesf El-Donia».
