Irfan Hozo held many exhibitions; one of the most special exhibitions is the one he held in Sarajevo in January 2002, paintings representing Sarajevo completely destroyed after the war, Nijaz Omerovic worth the introduction of the exhibition catalogue, he entitled it:

- He gets the status of free artist in 1985.
- He lives and works in Sarajevo.
