Egyptian artist born in Giza in 1990. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Photography from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University in 2012, and a Master's degree in Photography in 2020. Ahmed El-Badawy currently works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Zamalek.

Ahmed ElBadawy began his participation in the visual arts scene at an early age. His first exhibition was in 2005, and he has participated in many group exhibitions, including the "Al-Tala'i" exhibition (2010, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016), the Youth Salon in its 22nd, 24th, and 27th rounds, and the Diyye Arab Youth Festival (2016, 2018). He also participated in the "Third Dimension" exhibition at the Alexandria Museum of Fine Arts in 2016, the "Birds" exhibition at the Qurtuba Hall in 2016, and the Farouk Hosni Arts Award exhibition (2020,

2022). ElBadawy had a solo exhibition titled "Direction" at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Zamalek in 2018, and

"Paths" exhibition at Ubuntu Art Gallery in 2020. He also participated in the Luxor International Photography Festival in 2021.

ElBadawy has received many awards, including the Photography Award from "Al-Tala'i" exhibition (2010, 2011, 2012), the Acquisition Award presented by CIB Bank at the Youth Salon in 2011, as well as the first prize in Photography at Al-Tala'i exhibition in 2015 and Salah Taher Award at Al-Tala'i exhibition in 2016. He also received the Diyye Festival Award in 2018 and the Encouragement State Award in Photography in 2020.
