Post Graduate in Drawings & Paintings from R.G. College, Meerut.
She has done 7 solo shows at various places of India. Apart from solo shows she exhibited her works in 46 group shows across the country and abroad. She has attended 16 art camps including three International Art Residency program at India, Turkey and Norway.
Her painting got selected for 54th National Exhibition of Art organized by National Lalit Kala Akademy, Delhi in December, 2012 at Agartala. Apart from this her works were also selected for 12 other important exhibitions e.g. in 2012 for 85th IFACS Annual All India Art Exhibition at New Delhi, in 2010 for IFACS 83rd Annual All India Art Exhibition at New Delhi, in 2010 for 12th All India Art Exhibition, Organized by State Lalit Kala Akademi, Lucknow, in 2009 for Exhibition at Shimla Organized by National Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi, in 2006 for IFACS 78th Annual All India Art Exhibition at New Delhi, in 2006 for U.P. Lalit Kala 26th Annual Art Exhibition at Lucknow etc.
She won the Best entry award in “CAMLIN ART FOUNDATION” VIIth Northern Regional Exhibition at Chandigarh in Professional Category, Acrylic Medium in 2007. Prize for Best Cover Design and Prize for the Best Print for “On the Spot Photography” in All India Festival “Thomso-84” at I.I.T., Roorkee, in 1981 Prize in State Art Competition held at Meerut and some other prizes by Rotract Club and at RG College competitions etc.
She was a member of jury in 2009 for an Art competition organized by Auditor General of Uttrakhand, Dehradun and in 2013 for Northern regional art exhibition, Ghaziabad organized by U.P. Lalit Kala Akademi, Lucknow.
Her Works are in collection with Gamle Ormelet-Tjome Art and Cultural center Norway, the University of Özyeğin in Istanbul, Turkey, National Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi, Rajasthan Lalit Kala Akademi Jaipur, Airport Authority of India, Jammu and Kasmir police housing corporation, Ministry of Culture Govt. of Uttrakhand, Ministry of Tourism Andhra Pradesh, Disaster Management & mitigation Centre Govt. of Uttrakhand, Dehradun Petroleum University, TANISHQ, REACH NGO, Various business houses in India & in USA.
She resides and works at Indirapuram, NCR Delhi.
